As part of our on-boarding process (i.e. setting up and configuring systems for our customers), our Infrastructure installs Probes on your IT systems. These Probes are monitored and fully integrated into our Help desk systems. Should the reason arise, our probe will create a ticket in the Help Desk system which our Staff will pick up and act upon. These preventative maintenance procedures ensure that your IT Systems are working for you with the minimum of down time, working effectively and ensuring that you can concentrate on your core business. This is the whole aim of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) which is what we do and do well.
